No-Knead Bread
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 cups water
- Combine dry ingredients
- Add water and mix until dough forms
- Let rise covered for 12-18 hours
- Pre-heat oven to 500 degrees with dutch oven inside
- Dump onto floured surface; fold in thirds and then fold again; dust with wheat bran
- Throw dough into dutch oven and bake 30 minutes covered
- Uncover pot and bake another 15 mins
